Job summary

Sprung Services is seeking a skilled Facility Maintenance Mechanic I for a 24/7 manufacturing environment in Minnesota. The role involves operating boilers, chillers, air compressors, cooling towers, and related equipment, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensuring safety and reliability.

A Minnesota 1st Class Boiler License is required. The position features a 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM schedule with a 2-2-3 rotating pattern and a starting pay of $36.00/hour plus a $2.00/hour base

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Minnesota 1st Class Boiler License required.
Two or more years of related experience preferred.
Three to five years of equipment maintenance preferred.
Experience with high-pressure boiler systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor boilers in a 24/7 environment.
Perform preventive, scheduled, and corrective maintenance on facility equipment.
Troubleshoot complex mechanical and facility systems.
Assist with projects and maintain maintenance history.
