Job summary

Tower Health, a regional healthcare system, is seeking a Maintenance Technician for its Phoenixville facilities. You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems, boilers, chillers, HVAC, and related controls. You’ll work 11:00 pm–7:00 am, Tuesday through Saturday, with on-call holiday coverage as needed.

Strong problem solving, communication, and teamwork are essential. Three to five years of maintenance experience with boiler and HVAC exposure is preferred; PA Driver's

Qualifications

Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.
High School Diploma - OR - GED - OR - Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance tasks and day-to-day repairs of equipment, systems and building configurations.
Operate, maintain, monitor and repair stationary steam, chilled water and cogeneration plant equipment and controls.
Self-directed with use of computerized work order system; communicate with Leads and Managers.
Additional duties as assigned by Management.
