Job summary

Monarch Casino Resort Spa in Black Hawk, Colorado, is seeking a Facilities Shift Supervisor for overnight operations. You will lead maintenance, develop preventive/predictive programs, and coordinate with technicians to keep all building systems running smoothly in a luxury gaming resort.

The role requires 3+ years in management within architecture/engineering/construction, strong knowledge of electrical/HVAC/building systems, and proficiency with work-order software; 18+ and Colorado gaming

Qualifications

• Experience in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction with at least 3 years in management.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and building systems.
• Excellent knowledge of life safety and building systems.
• Proficient with work order management software.
• Strong interpersonal and managerial skills.
• Must be at least 18 and eligible for Colorado gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine a preventative/predictive maintenance program coordinating technicians and management.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Schedule/Planner to schedule PM inspections with proper manpower.
• Specify repair techniques for repetitive PM tasks and required materials/tools.
• Ensure PM technicians are trained to execute task lists and standards.
• Refine PM procedures and continuously upgrade task content.
• Review equipment failures to identify PM actions to prevent future issues.
• Analyze PM reports, histories, service records, failures, and work orders for engineering solutions.
• Implement ways to reduce maintenance needs and eliminate failures where possible.
• Maintain accurate spare parts lists and standardize components when applicable.
• Manage daily priorities and ensure work orders are processed and closed promptly.
