Job summary

Haemonetics Corp seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of maintenance mechanics supporting automated manufacturing. You will drive reliability, preventive maintenance, employee development, and continuous improvement while ensuring safe, compliant operations on a Monday–Friday night shift (10pm–6:30am).

Responsibilities include owning maintenance programs, KPI development, calibration management, and supervising staff. Strong leadership and Lean/Six Sigma experience are valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance or technical manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Advanced education in a technical field or equivalent.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment and regulated environments (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own the preventive and planned maintenance program to drive reliability.
• Develop KPIs for maintenance and manage calibration systems.
• Ensure spare parts availability and compliance with GMP/SOP/MI/SI.
• Lead safety and process improvement projects and supervise staff.
