Haemonetics is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of maintenance mechanics supporting automated manufacturing and assembly operations. The role focuses on reliability, preventive maintenance, project leadership, and a strong safety culture, with a Monday–Friday night shift (10:00 PM–6:30 AM) on site.

Responsibilities include developing KPIs, managing calibration and spare parts, and driving continuous improvement initiatives in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of maintenance or technical manufacturing experience, with 2+ years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Advanced education in a technical field (Bachelor’s/Associate/Trade school or equivalent).
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment is preferred.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Owns the preventive and planned maintenance program to drive a proactive maintenance culture.
• Develops and tracks KPIs for the maintenance department using multiple software systems.
• Ensures spare parts availability and calibration compliance for all equipment.
• Leads projects on process improvements, equipment installations, and upgrades.
• Communicates performance results, safety topics, and business updates to the maintenance team.
• Supervises employees: interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, planning, and performance management.
