Job summary

Haemonetics is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of maintenance mechanics supporting automated manufacturing and assembly operations. The role focuses on equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, employee development, and driving continuous improvement in a 10:00 PM–6:30 AM shift.

Responsibilities include developing KPIs, managing spare parts, calibration, safety, and adherence to GMP/SOPs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance or technical manufacturing experience, 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Advanced education in a technical field (Bachelor’s/Associate/Trade school).
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment (preferred).
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own the preventive and planned maintenance program, driving a proactive maintenance culture.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for the maintenance department and utilize software programs (Maximo, Office, SharePoint, Oracle).
• Ensure spare parts availability for all equipment.
• Ensure calibration compliance and keep equipment on the calibration system.
• Manage projects focused on process improvements and equipment installation/ upgrades.
• Conduct regular maintenance team meetings to review performance and safety topics.
• Review safety issues and implement improvements for a safe workplace.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOP, MI and SI procedures.
• Support engineering evaluations, qualifications, protocols, validations and department projects.
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities including hiring, training, and performance management.
