Hydro Extrusions USA, LLC is seeking a Night Shift Extrusion Supervisor (CNV) in Connersville, IN. This role oversees safety, quality, and productivity on the night shift, leading a team in a fast-paced extrusion operation.

You will mentor and coach team members, drive housekeeping and cost reduction, and ensure adherence to policies while achieving production goals. Requires leadership experience in aluminum extrusion and familiarity with 12"+ presses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2-3 years' experience in the aluminum extrusion industry.
• Manufacturing experience on 12" or larger extrusion presses.
• Previous successful team lead/supervisory experience.
• Knowledgeable of manufacturing equipment for use, maintenance, troubleshooting and performance.

• Provide leadership, mentoring and coaching for manufacturing in safety, quality, service and cost.
• Facilitate change and drive continuous improvement from experiments to systematic, sustainable processes.
• Maintain records and reporting of pounds/hrs, efficiency, utilization, and recovery rates.
• Assist other Supervisors and Team Members as part of the expertise "Help Chain".
• Coach and develop team members, handling concerns and issues.
• Sponsor problem solving and Kaizen activities.

Job Summary

This position will be required to provide overall leadership that ensures and includes:

• A safe, clean and organized working environment.
• Leading, training, coaching and developing team members.
• Safely producing the highest quality products possible at the lowest cost possible.

This position reports to the Extrusion Leader.

What will make you successful?

Required Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2-3 Years' experience in the aluminum extrusion industry.
• Must have previous Manufacturing experience on 12" or larger Extrusion Presses
• Previous successful Team Lead/Supervisory Experience.
• Knowledgeable of manufacturing equipment for use, maintenance, troubleshooting and performance.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

• Must be able to manage multiple projects, team building, conflict resolution
• Strong working knowledge of Extrusion Presses
• Fluency in English; any other language is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work in and through teams, at all levels of the workforce.
