Job summary

Hydro Extrusions in Connersville, IN is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a 12" or larger extrusion press team. You will mentor, coach, and develop team members, maintain a safe, clean, and efficient operation, and drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and cost.

This role requires a High School diploma or GED and 2–3 years of aluminum extrusion experience, plus prior supervisory experience and knowledge of production equipment. Fluency in English is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2-3 Years’ experience in the aluminum extrusion industry.
• Must have previous Manufacturing experience on 12” or larger Extrusion Presses
• Previous successful Team Lead/Supervisory Experience.
• Knowledgeable of manufacturing equipment for use, maintenance, troubleshooting and performance.
• Must be able to manage multiple projects, team building, conflict resolution
• Fluency in English; any other language is a plus

• Assisting other Supervisors and Team Members as part of the expertise “Help Chain”
• Coaching and Developing Team Members, handling Team Member concerns and issues
• Sponsor Problem Solving and Kaizen activities

Job Summary:

This position will be required to provide overall leadership that ensures and includes:

• A safe, clean and organized working environment.

This position reports to the Extrusion Leader.

Required Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
