Job summary
Hydro Extrusions in Sidney, OH seeks a CNC Shift 3 operator to efficiently set up and run extrusion manufacturing lines. This permanent role offers third shift from 10 PM to 6 AM with a $20.50 per hour starting rate plus a $1 shift differential for second and third shifts.
You will review supervisor sheets, monitor for defects, pre-check equipment, and ensure accurate part numbers and counts for shipments. Minimum high school diploma, ability to lift 40 lbs, and use of measuring tools are
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
- Ability to use tools such as tape measures, calipers, micrometers, and lineal checking gauges.
Responsibilities
- Efficient machine set up and operation.
- Review process sheets provided by the supervisor to indicate the customer order.
- Monitor machine to detect production defects.
- Pre-check equipment before operating.
- Ensure that Hydro part numbers, customer part numbers, and piece counts are marked on racks or carts to be packaged for shipments.
- Report all defects and material shortages to the Supervisor or Lead.

Starting Rate of pay: $20.50/hour
Shifts Available and Hours: Third Shift 10PM-6AM
