Advocate Health is seeking an Environmental Services Lead to oversee daily EVS operations at Advocate Condell Medical Center. You will lead staff, coordinate schedules, ensure task completion, and partner with supervisors to maintain cleaning standards and safety across patient areas.

The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and patient-focused service, with a scheduled shift from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM and rotating weekends/holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead co-workers in day-to-day operations of the Environmental Services (EVS) program.
• Confer and plan with supervisory staff on assignments and projects.
• Verify completion of duties by EVS staff per EVS procedures.
• Assist in scheduling EVS staff and adjust daily schedules for proper staffing.

Formation

High School diploma or equivalent

Leadership experience preferred

3 years experience in housekeeping
