Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Environmental Services (EVS) program.
• Coordinate staff assignments and adjust schedules to ensure proper staffing.
• Monitor safety and adherence to EVS procedures.
• Communicate performance and customer satisfaction improvements.
• Train associates and assist in department orientation.
• Maintain licenses, certifications, and required training.
• Liaise with patients, families, and staff as needed.
