Advocate Health is seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor for Advocate Christ Medical Center. The role leads the EVS team on the 1st shift (7:00am - 3:30pm) with rotating weekends and holidays, ensuring infection control and high standards of cleanliness and service across the department.

The position requires a high school diploma and typically 2 years of environmental services experience, with BLS certification within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Strong management and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of team members and leadership.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsabilités

• Ensure effective infection prevention practices to provide a safe environment.
• Adhere to all applicable local, state, and federal standard guidelines and regulatory practices.
• Perform quality measuring, monitoring, and improvement initiatives to ensure services rendered meet desired outcomes.
• Provide a consistent level of service that exceeds patients’ expectations in cleanliness and customer service.
• Ensure a high level of internal customer satisfaction through fostering positive relationships and providing a consistent and high reliable service.
• Drive operational outcomes in alignment with site and/or system scope of service.
