• Perform quality measurements and improvement initiatives to meet desired outcomes.
• Provide a high level of service in cleanliness and customer service, exceeding patient expectations.
• Coordinate staffing, workflow, and throughput to maximize productivity and satisfaction.
• Assist with budgeting and resource utilization to minimize waste.
• Coach and perform performance reviews; hire, compensate, and take disciplinary actions as needed.
