Qualifications

• Healthcare Environmental Services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily direction and guidance to Environmental Services team.
• Assigns and reviews work to ensure completion and quality.
• Assists with scheduling and staffing adjustments.
• Orients, trains, and coaches staff; supports onboarding and development.
• Monitors infection prevention and safety standards; communicates policies to staff.
• Verifies completion of duties and adherence to procedures; inspects areas for cleanliness.
• Coordinates department projects, room setups, and special cleaning activities.
• Manages supplies, equipment, and stock; ensures SDS compliance.
• Partners with clinical staff to maintain patient experience and service quality.
