Qualifications

• Experience in autonomous maintenance and progressive maintenance on dedicated equipment.
• Familiarity with reading schematics, diagrams and control systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems in a high-speed food manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Use CMMS to document maintenance actions and spare part usage.
• Lead proactive reliability efforts and drive downtime reductions.
