Job summary

Jabil is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to work a 12-hour rotating night shift. The role involves diagnosing and repairing electro-mechanical manufacturing equipment, performing preventive maintenance, calibrations, and documenting outcomes.

You may train staff and interact with suppliers to source parts as needed. Candidates should have an Associate degree (or equivalent) and 5–8 years of electro-mechanical plant experience, with strong problem-solving and tool proficiency.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and speaking English proficiently.
• Broad troubleshooting capability with electro-mechanical equipment in manufacturing.
• Experience using basic hand tools, calibration instruments and test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment in manufacturing.
• Dismantle, adjust, repair and assemble equipment per plans.
• Perform maintenance and calibrations; document results.
• Use test equipment to verify system performance.
• Coordinate with suppliers on repairs and parts.
• Train others on machinery operation as needed.
