Accentuate Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for a Clayton area manufacturing facility. This direct-hire role operates a 6pm-6am Saturday through Tuesday shift, focusing on keeping production lines and plant equipment running smoothly.

Candidates should have 2-4+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, knowledge of OSHA, cGMP, and food safety standards; experience with boilers, HVAC, and PLC troubleshooting is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Knowledge of OSHA, cGMP, and food safety standards.
• Experience with boilers, air compressors, HVAC systems, and mixing equipment is a plus.
• Metal fabrication and welding experience a plus.
• Food/beverage manufacturing background preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.

• Weld and fabricate replacement parts as needed.

• Mechanic will maintain conveyor systems in an automated environment
• Mechanic will weld and fabricate replacement parts as needed
• Mechanic will diagnose and repair production equipment or system failures
• Mechanic will troubleshoot boilers, air compressors, hvac systems, mixing equipment, packaging equipment
• Mechanic will troubleshoot PLCs

Requirements:
