Job summary

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a food/beverage manufacturer in hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead their 3rd shift. The direct-hire role runs 11pm-7am Saturday-Wednesday and supervises 9 Maintenance Mechanics on production and utility systems.

The role requires 5 years in industrial maintenance within automated facilities, with strong PLC/HMIs/VFDs knowledge and cGMPs compliance. Beverage/food or chemical industry background is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years industrial maintenance background in automated facilities.
• Experience in food, beverage, or chemical industries.
• Strong knowledge of automated equipment, PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs.
• PLC programming experience preferred.
• Understanding of cGMPs.
• High school diploma or GED; associates or technical degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on production equipment and utility systems.
• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance.
• Oversee maintenance on mixing equipment, ovens, coolers, and process water distribution systems.
• Ensure compliance with GMPs and FDA regulations.
• Assist in troubleshooting and repairs of plant equipment and systems.
• Assign and prioritize maintenance work orders.

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a manufacturer in the food/beverage industry who is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead their 3rd shift. This is a direct hire position working 11pm-7am Saturday-Wednesday leading 9 Maintenance Mechanics.

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance Supervisor will oversee scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks on production equipment and utility systems
• Supervisor will plan and schedule preventative maintenance
• Supervisor will oversee maintenance on Mixing equipment, Ovens, Coolers, Process water distribution systems, etc.
• Supervisor will ensure compliance with GMPs, FDA regulations
• Supervisor will assist in troubleshooting and repairs of plant equipment and systems
• Supervisor will assign and prioritize maintenance work orders.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5 years industrial maintenance background in automated facilities
• Candidates must have industry background in either the food, beverage, or chemical industry
• Candidates must have a strong knowledge of automated equipment, PLCs, HMIs, VFDs
• Candidates with PLC programming experience preferred
• Candidates must have an understanding of cGMPs
• Candidates must have a high school diploma/GED; Associates or technical degree preferred
