Job summary

Allina Health is seeking a dedicated Environmental Services supervisor for permanent night shifts at Minneapolis facilities. Lead a 30-person team, oversee a large labor budget, and manage substantial linen flows to support hospital operations.

You will optimize scheduling, coordinate EPIC workflows with nursing and leadership, and drive continuous improvements in efficiency and product trials, ensuring compliance with infection control standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of housekeeping experience.
• 3+ years of supervising staff in a health care setting.
• Certified Healthcare Environmental Services Professional preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 30 across shifts in a unionized setting.
• Optimize scheduling, adjust shifts, and manage EPIC workflows.
• Coordinate EPIC planning with nursing and hospital leadership.
• Drive process improvement and linen reduction initiatives.
• Evaluate and trial new products and equipment.
• Collaborate with infection prevention to meet audit standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
