Job summary

Allina Health is seeking a Patient Care Technician for permanent night shifts at the Minneapolis facility. This role provides essential patient care, vital signs collection, documentation, and assistance with daily living activities.

32 hours per week with an 8/12 combo shift and every 3rd weekend rotation is included. Under supervision of a RN or physician, you will support patients, document health data, and ensure safety during transfers and ambulation while adhering to department policies

Qualifications

• Completion of CNA program or Nursing Assistant Academy or equivalent.
• NREMT certification upon hire or CNA direct patient care experience.
• Current BLS certification recommended or required by department.

Responsibilities

• Observe, collect, and document health status data.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and transfers.
• Answer call lights and respond to patient needs promptly.
• Document according to guidelines and ensure accurate billing.
