Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience is required.
• Experience with homeless or other special needs populations is preferred.
• Ability to communicate with diverse groups of individuals.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service in meeting the needs of residents.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety of resident areas.
• Greets and assists residents and volunteers.
• Supervises resident service work.
• Communicates issues to management as needed.
• Takes resident attendance and maintains bed count.
• Assists in donation receiving and delivery.
• Provides information on services available.
