Job summary

Volt is hiring for Assemblers in Memphis, TN to perform component installations, inspections, and assembly operations along a production line. The role includes attaching hardware, performing go/no-go testing, and maintaining equipment.

The ideal candidate will have manual dexterity, good eye-hand coordination, and the ability to read instructions and use a microscope. The 3rd shift runs 11:00 PM–7:30 AM, Monday through Saturday.

Qualifications

• Manual dexterity for operating machinery and computers.
• Good attention to detail and eye-hand coordination.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Reads work orders and follows production drawings or verbal instructions.
• Assembles components and attaches hardware on assemblies.
• Performs testing and inspections to ensure parts meet specs.
• Tends machines, adjusts materials for electrical/dimensional accuracy.
• Performs preventative maintenance on production line machinery.
