Job summary

Printpack Inc. in Jackson, TN seeks an Electromechanical Technician to install, maintain, and repair complex equipment while ensuring safety and quality. You will work 10-hour night shifts (7pm-5am) Sunday to Wednesday and report to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Starting pay is $29.02/hr with a $2.50/hr night differential. This role requires strong troubleshooting, reading schematics, calibration, and optioned welding skills, with opportunities for maintenance-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Associate degree in Electromechanical Technology or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency reading electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex manufacturing equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document activities.
• Interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and hydraulic/pneumatic layouts.
