Job summary

Atwork in Telford, TN is hiring Electronics Assemblers for the 2nd and 3rd shifts. This temp-to-hire role offers potential long-term employment with opportunity for growth and a base pay of $19.00 per hour plus shift premium per shift.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components and products according to work instructions and specifications
• Install, connect, and secure small electronic parts and components
• Use basic hand tools and assembly equipment as required
• Read and follow diagrams, work instructions, and visual aids
• Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy; identify defects or issues and report them to the appropriate supervisor
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all ESD procedures and company safety requirements
• Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining attention to detail
• Work effectively as part of a team and assist with other production duties as needed

We are currently hiring Electronics Assemblers for 2nd and 3rd shift in Telford, TN. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for long-term employment and growth. The Electronics Assembler will be responsible for assembling electronic components and products while following detailed work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.
