Qualifications

Prior experience installing video monitors, security/AV systems, or similar hardware preferred but not a deal breaker.
Strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills.
Ability to work nights and travel between stores.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel overnight.

Responsibilities

Assemble products to National Assembler's specifications.
Build rapport with customers and ensure 100% satisfaction.
Install, configure, and test video monitors and hardware.
Troubleshoot installation issues on-site.
Complete documentation of work and communicate updates to management.
Follow safety procedures while onsite.
