Job summary
Mactac North America is seeking an Electrician for the third shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) at the Scranton, PA facility. The role focuses on general repair, troubleshooting, upgrades, and installation of equipment essential to plant operations and supports the Maintenance Manager in maintaining efficient electrical systems.

Qualifications
- Requires high school diploma or GED; technical degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate machine installation, wiring and maintenance in the manufacturing area.
- Perform standard Preventive and Predictive Maintenance activities.
- Support maintenance group in developing proactive maintenance practices to improve reliability.
- Repair and troubleshoot equipment and machinery as necessary.
- Upgrade equipment to prevent breakdowns and improve efficiency.
- Install new equipment and implement new processes within the plant.
- Promote teamwork and pride in workmanship between machine crews and shift leaders.
- Encourage exchange of ideas across crews and maintain continuous improvement.
