United Talent Staffing is seeking an experienced Industrial Nightshift Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing facility in the Mt. Pleasant, PA area.

This full-time role requires a strong mechanical and electrical background and involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing production equipment. The position operates on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule with night shifts, offering weekly pay and long-term employment potential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical discipline or equivalent hands-on maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical background with industrial experience.
• Experience troubleshooting automated production machinery and equipment.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, equipment drawings, and manufacturer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and production equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and complete repairs.
• Work with motors, wiring, switches, PLCs, electrical controls, and pneumatic systems.
• Inspect machinery to identify issues before downtime.
• Tear down, repair, adjust, and reassemble machinery as needed.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Assist with installation and setup of new equipment.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, equipment drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with production personnel and outside contractors when necessary.
