Job summary

Wayne Farms in Tyler, TX is seeking a dedicated Egg Processing Associate to work on the night shift. You will transfer eggs from buggies to setter machines, perform routine machine checks, and maintain PPE while adhering to NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines and all laws.

The role requires the ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with a strong emphasis on safety, accuracy, and teamwork. Training is provided, and benefits begin on day one.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Hatchery or poultry industry experience.
• Basic math skills.
• Wears PPE and follows safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine checks.
• Transfer eggs from buggies to setter machines.
• Push and pull egg buggies.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, floors, drains, and containers.
• Follow company policies and animal welfare guidelines.
• All other duties as assigned.
