Job summary

Wayne Farms in Bryan, TX is seeking an Egg Transfer Associate to move eggs from egg buggies into setter machines and maintain clean, safe equipment. You will follow PPE requirements and NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines.

The role requires ability to work unsupervised, nights, weekends and extended hours, with on-the-job training. Benefits start Day 1 and adherence to all safety protocols is essential. Standing for up to 8 hours and lifting up to 60 lbs are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Hatchery or poultry industry experience preferred.
• Basic math functions and skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine checks.
• Transfer eggs from buggies into setter machines.
• Pull and push egg buggies.
• Clean and sanitize machines, floors, drains, baskets, buggies, etc.
