Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms in Lindale, TX is seeking an Egg Transfer Associate to move eggs from buggies to setter machines and perform routine machine checks. The role requires standing for long hours, lifting up to 60 lbs, and working the 4:00 PM - 3:00 AM shift Monday through Tuesday with additional day hours.

You will follow PPE protocols, safety guidelines, and NCC Animal Welfare rules, and you must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in hatchery or poultry industry preferred.
• Basic math skills useful for counting and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out egg transfer from buggies to setter machines.
• Perform machine checks.
• Pull and push egg buggies.
• Clean and sanitize machines, floors, drains, baskets and buggies.
• Comply with PPE and safety policies.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
