Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Nampa is seeking an Emergency Department Technician to join our fast-paced ED. This role delivers high-quality patient care under RN supervision, with a focus on teamwork and learning in a trauma setting.

The ED Tech will support clinicians by performing CNA duties, collecting blood samples, identifying patients, and transporting specimens, while handling related clerical tasks and patient service coordination.

Qualifications

• CNA or EMT certifications required by Idaho or NREMT.
• Basic Life Support certification required at hire.
• Six months CNA/EMT experience preferred.
• Experience with pediatric patients and phlebotomy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist RN and clinical staff by performing CNA duties under supervision.
• Collect blood samples, identify patients, transport specimens.
• Handle related clerical, receptionist and patient service coordination.
