Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Nampa is seeking an Emergency Department Technician (ED Tech) to join our fast-paced ED team. This full-time, night-shift role provides support to clinical staff as a CNA under RN supervision and requires strong teamwork and a genuine calling for emergency care.

The schedule features three 12-hour nights per week (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) with flexibility for varying weeknights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• CNA/EMT certification required per Idaho/NREMT rules.
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers is required on hire.
• Six months CNA/EMT experience preferred.
• Recent pediatric care or phlebotomy experience in acute care preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical staff as CNA under RN supervision.
• Collect blood samples and transport specimens.
• Identify patients and handle related clerical and patient service tasks.
