Job summary

OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital in Mansfield, OH is hiring a Staff RN for the Emergency Department. This is a full-time night position (36 hours per week), with every-other-weekend work and eligibility for weekend and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or current Registered Nurse license in good standing with a multi-state compact state.
• BLS certification
• BSN required at 5 years of employment

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Document planned interventions and outcomes with a multidisciplinary team.
• Lead process improvements to achieve clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Provide safety, quality and efficiency in daily nursing duties.
• Collaborate with 24/7 department operations.
