Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing is required; BSN preferred after 5 years of employment.
• Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and deliver nursing care to patients and families.
• Plan and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team.
• Implement and evaluate nursing interventions and outcomes.
• Demonstrate leadership and participate in process improvements.
