Job summary

OhioHealth Corporation's Mansfield Hospital is seeking a Staff RN for the Emergency Department. This full-time night-shift role is 36 hours per week, with every-other weekend, and eligibility for weekend and shift differential.

The RN provides general nursing care across the continuum in a 24/7 ED, performing assessments, planning, implementing, and evaluating care as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• BSN preferred after 5 years of employment.
• Active Ohio RN license and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients; develop and implement care plans.
• Provide nursing care and evaluate outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality.
• Participate in process improvement and adherence to policies.
