Job summary

Ascension is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for the Freestanding ED in Navarre, FL. This part-time night-shift role offers the opportunity to work in a dedicated emergency setting within Ascension Sacred Heart Pensacola.

You will assess patients, implement and monitor respiratory care plans, monitor outcomes, and respond to emergencies. Florida licensure with BLS and ED experience are required.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider required within 1 month of hire date.
• Respiratory Therapist credential must be current in Florida.
• Prior ED experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient to determine type and frequency of treatment and plan care.
• Implement and monitor care plan and equipment; communicate patient condition.
• Evaluate respiratory treatment effectiveness and adjust as needed.
