• Collects and reports patient needs and observations to the RN or Provider with accurate documentation.
• Provides direct patient care under the direction of the RN or Provider.
• Communicates patient observations to the health team to support safe care.
• Maintains clean patient environment and reports equipment issues.
• Upholds privacy and ethical standards in line with Corewell Health policies.
