Responsibilities

• Collects and reports patient health and psychosocial needs in coordination with RN.
• Ensures accurate and timely documentation.
• Provides direct patient care under RN direction and department policies.
• Contributes to individualized care plans.
• Maintains patient privacy and data security.
• Maintains clean patient environment and equipment; reports malfunctions.
• Communicates observations to the health team.
