Responsabilités

• Continuously monitors ECMO circuit and related technology to ensure patient safety.
• Troubleshoots all mechanical circulatory support devices and assesses device performance.
• Collaborates with physicians and bedside nursing to adjust therapies per protocol.
• Monitors patient status through ABG/CBC results and clinical assessment.
• adjusts anticoagulation and reviews drug interactions in coordination with the care team.
• Documents data for quality improvement and supports research related to MCS/ECMO.
