Orlando Health, Inc. is seeking an experienced RN to join the Lakeland Highlands Hospital ECMO/ICU team on nights. You will provide advanced care for critically ill patients requiring ECMO support, invasive monitoring, and high-level nursing vigilance in an interdisciplinary environment.

The role requires Florida RN licensure, BLS, and relevant critical care certifications with ECMO training as applicable. You will contribute to patient outcomes and staff education in a leading healthcare system.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• 1 year experience required unless AVP level or above.
• Maintains current State of Florida RN license or valid eNLC multistate RN license.
• Maintains current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.
• ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC required for certain areas; NRP required for NICU.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrates advanced nursing knowledge to care for high-acuity patients on ECMO and in CVICU settings.
• Monitors and adjusts ECMO-related equipment and interprets invasive monitors.
• Delivers evidence-based, patient-centered care and escalates as needed.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to plan and manage care for complex patients.
• Precepts and supports junior staff and participates in unit leadership activities.
