Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited RN program.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in an acute critical care setting.
• ECMO experience preferred.
• Thorough understanding of extracorporeal physiology, patient selection, disease processes, and management.
• Emergency troubleshooting skills.
• A preceptorship will be completed.
• Healthcare CPR and ACLS are required.
• Must be current on ECMO Coordinator education.

Responsibilities

• Operate ECMO equipment at the bedside in the ICU to support patient care.
