Job summary

TCI Transportation is seeking a hands-on Driver Supervisor – Night Shift to lead drivers, manage dispatch, and keep operations moving safely and efficiently. This role involves direct driver leadership, scheduling, safety, DOT compliance, and day-to-day operations in a fast-paced transportation environment.

You’ll work with drivers, dispatchers, maintenance, and HR to ensure superior customer service and on-time performance. Salary is $69,000–$74,000 with incentives on a night shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leader with experience guiding drivers and front-line teams.
• Proven ability to manage dispatch, safety, DOT compliance, and scheduling.
• Strong customer-service orientation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to ensure routes, schedules, drivers, and commitments are met.
• Select, train, coach, and develop drivers and provide ongoing feedback.
• Oversee dispatch and scheduling, adjust as needed for changes.
• Promote safety and enforce company safety standards.
• Track performance metrics and report results in meetings.
• Maintain customer relationships and meet expectations.
• Leverage technology to boost performance and efficiency.
• Ensure payroll and administrative processes are accurate and timely.
