Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a supervisory professional to manage daily delivery operations and driver scheduling for a night shift role in Minnesota. The candidate will ensure timely deliveries, drive KPI-driven improvements, and maintain compliance with DOT/OSHA standards.

The position offers an annual salary target of $70,000–$78,000 with a 10% annual bonus opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401K match, PTO and education reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree with 3–4+ years of related experience and 0–1+ years supervisory experience OR GED with 5+ years of experience and 1–2+ years supervisory experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree.
• Education requirements emphasize formal credentials and supervisory exposure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily delivery operations, planning and scheduling including driver schedules and route management.
• Foster an engaging environment and motivate employees, ensuring they feel valued.
• Monitor driver performance and KPIs to meet productivity goals and address gaps.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and health standards (DOT, OSHA) through audits and updates.
• Coordinate daily driver routes to balance schedules, demand, service hours, and workload.
• Maintain positive customer relationships through regular communication and collaboration.
• Take on other projects or duties as assigned.
