Job summary

NGK CERAMICS USA, INC. in Mooresville, NC seeks a DPF Operator I for a 7:30pm–7:45am shift (4 on 4 off). You will operate sifter, weighing and unloading processes, ensuring material quality and batch accuracy. Responsibilities include material handling, sampling, data entry and adherence to safety procedures.

Requires a high school diploma or GED and ability to read and interpret work instructions. This is a full-time position with hourly pay of $19 and onsite work in the Materials/DPF area.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate can read and interpret safety rules, procedures and work instructions.
• Basic math skills are required for weighing and batch calculations.
• Experience with lab sampling and quality checks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operates and monitors the sifting process and weighing lines.
• Loads raw materials, verifies lot numbers and fills silos according to instructions.
• Collects samples for testing and records results in the system.
• Ensures cleanliness and safety, loads/export pallets and prepares bags for shipping.
