Job summary

NGK Ceramics USA, Inc. is hiring for a Load/Unload Opr on a 4 on 4 off schedule from 6:30pm to 6:45am at the Mooresville, NC facility.

The role involves loading/unloading ceramic products, operating a hydraulic transfer car, and moving pallets with a pallet jack, contributing to safe, efficient kiln production. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, and may benefit from prior experience in manufacturing or warehousing, plus certifications like CRC Bronze or CPT.

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete all required job training.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Preferred: 6 month manufacturing/warehousing experience or equivalent.
• CRC Bronze or above.
• Preferred Certified Production Technician program completion

Responsibilities

• Loads, unloads, and moves products for kiln area operations following established procedures.
• Operates hydraulic transfer car and pallet jacks; ensures correct movement by visual checks.
• Completes Loading/Unloading Sheets and related documents; inputs data into CAPAC.
• Keeps products clean and undamaged using gloves and proper handling techniques.
• Reports safety or production issues to team leader or management in a timely manner.
• Participates in PM/MMOL/G5S activities as needed and adheres to EMS procedures.
