Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift certification required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Six months of experience as a Material Handler or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in salvage tracking and reporting.
• Spotter experience preferred.
• Safety certifications are preferred.
• Knowledge of loading techniques for salvage loads.
• Ability to work independently.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and other equipment safely and in line with policies.
• Ensure outlet store operations align with policies and maximize efficiency.
• Process donated goods according to organizational needs and commodity changes.
• Sort and bale merchandize; maintain bale counts and processing pace.
• Assist with quality control and movement of goods on dock and production areas.
• Complete required paperwork and reporting accurately and timely.
