Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• GWH Forklift Certified.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English to understand safety instructions and procedures.
• Six months of experience as a Material Handler or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Operates forklift and other equipment safely per policies.
• Maintains outlet store operations and promotes efficient goods processing.
• Sorts and processes donated goods, baling where appropriate, and tracks bale counts.
• Assists with quality control and movement of goods on dock/production areas.
• Completes daily paperwork (inspections, logs, maintenance reports) accurately.
