Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in transportation dispatching is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in transportation management software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate routes, destinations, and timelines for freight transport.
• Support driver learning and DOT compliance with company processes.
• Provide customers with delivery updates and manage tendering.
• Monitor Hours of Service and safety SOPs during operations.
• Oversee loading/unloading to ensure safety and compliance.
• Help maintain smooth shipping lanes to support production.
