Qualifications

• High School diploma plus 3+ years supervising 10+ production workers.
• Strong decision-making to enforce policies and plant procedures.
• Good written/verbal communication and basic reports.
• Proficient in Word/Excel for budgeting and cost control.
• Ability to lead a safe team in a noisy CO2 environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide production, packaging, shipping prep and loading/unloading dry ice.
• Coordinate resources to match production demand with the local branch.
• Mentor and train associates; conduct evaluations and reviews.
• Identify safety hazards and quality deficiencies; operate forklift if needed.
