• 5+ years of operations experience in financial services, custody, brokerage, asset servicing, or digital assets.
• Experience as SME, senior associate, or team lead in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day execution of digital asset custody operations during overnight hours.
• Lead a team of custody operations associates and manage workflow priorities.
• Resolve escalations and uphold a strong risk and control environment.
• Ensure accurate processing of transactions, reconciliations, and asset movements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver client-focused service.
